What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be created and shipped. We’ll try to get it out sooner than that, but sometimes we get backed up, especially during the holiday season.
What about sales tax?
Orders that are delivered within the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7%.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes, of course! At checkout, please include the gift message that you would like us to include to the recipient.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
We ship through UPS. We have calculated standard shipping rates for ground and two day. We can also ship overnight, but will have to contact you with the calculated price. We want to keep our rates low and affordable and will adjust our shipping charges in accordance with UPS rates.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship web orders internationally but please contact us if you are outside of the Continental US.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us for more information. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Credit for returned goods will be issued upon receipt.
What if my order is damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to file a damage claim and we will work with you to replace your order.
What if I don’t find what I am looking for?
We have just a selection of our line available online, please contact us if you don’t see what you are looking for.
Do you take on custom work?
We are not taking custom work orders at this time.
