Order Fulfillment
You will receive your merchandise within 5 - 14 business days. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Shipping
The chart below shows our delivery rates within the United States (we do not ship to PO boxes). For delivery outside the US, the following charges will be added to the US rates: Canada - an additonal $15 per order; Mexico - an additonal $35 per order; Outside North Amercia - an additional $50 per order. Surcharges for foreign orders will be added after your order is processed and checkout is complete.

Return / Exchange Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card for any items you are not completely happy with. The items MUST returned to Jenny Sweeney Designs, Inc. within 14 days of the shipping date and be in perfect condition. Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. Ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items.

Gift Wrap
For $6 we will happily wrap your gift for you in our signature Jenny Sweeney Designs wrapping. Please indicate in the "comments section" of the order form that you'd like to have your gift wrapped. Yippee.
