What forms of payment do you accept?

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


When will my order ship?

Your order will ship out within 5 business days.

 


What about sales tax

Orders that are delivered within the state of Illinois will be charged sales tax at a rate of 10.25%

 


Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes, of course!  At checkout, please include the gift message that you would like us to include to the recipient.

 


How do you calculate shipping charges?

We ship through UPS. We have calculated standard shipping rates for ground and two day. We can also ship overnight, but will have to contact you with the calculated price. We want to keep our rates low and affordable and will adjust our shipping charges in accordance with UPS rates.

 


Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship web orders internationally but please contact us if you are outside of the Continental US.

 


Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the date of receipt and must be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Please contact us for more information.  Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.  Credit for returned goods will be issued upon receipt.

 


What can I expect when ordering something custom?

We will contact you within 2 business days via email to discuss your project. We will provide proofs and will need prompt approval on them to proceed in a timely manner. Deposits and sometimes full payment will be necessary to expedite your custom project. We will make every effort to guide you smoothly through the process in order to achieve your desired outcome. We have been working with clients and custom projects for over 20 years and look forward to working on yours.

 


What if my order is damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt to file a damaged claim.

 


What if I don’t find what I am looking for?

We have just a selection of our line available online, please contact us if you don’t see what you are looking for.

 


Do you take on custom work?

Jenny Sweeney Designs has worked with many wonderful individuals and companies to create custom graphics, events, artwork, invitations and more.  Please send us a brief description of your project and we will go from there.

 


What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone.
